  • Initial contact and meeting
  • Assign designated client manager to your recruitment project
  • Define the requirement and project scope
  • Identify and agree on target companies, competitors and market insights
  • Search for suitable candidates targeting defined companies where potential candidates are currently working
  • Identify the audience, approach and talk to them by phone and present your opportunity to assess their competence and interest.
  • Research and qualify the background of interested candidates taking initial references before continuing with more in-depth interviews.
  • Compile the shortlist, inviting them for face-to-face meetings where each is assessed for their suitability, personality profile and competency testing (if applicable).
  • Produce the final short-list and present their details to you so you can conduct your own final interviews
